My approach
I believe that Yoga is for everyone. It is an ancient all-embracing science of working on the body, mind and spirit; one that can be modified to suit any stages and conditions of life. My lessons have of a holistic approach, starting with a safe, proper alignment of the body and the connection of breath and movement. We work on strength, balance, relaxation, a pain-free body and a stress-free mind. No two people are alike and neither is your yoga practice.
